For this you have to enter the website of blogspot.com f i r s t. That means you have to complete the sign in process.
For sign in the below written process can be followed.
Step by step method from start to finish.
The first step is to open the Google search engine and search the term blogger.
On the first instance you can see the the website as blogger.com.
Click on the website. Now the website opens before you. It shows create your blog.
Your next step is now to click on create your blog.
Next it will ask you for sign in.
Then you have to sign in through your email account.
You can sign in through the Gmail account you have.
After you sign in it will ask you for create a new blog.
The next step is to to click on create a new blog.
After clicking on that you will notice that the website is asking for title. It means the title of your blog.
For example a title of a blog can be learn with NIKS.
Click on title and type the title name for example learn with NIKS.
Then click on next.
Now the website will ask you for the address of your blog.It means the URL of your blog.
The address of your blog maybe or may not be the same as title of your blog.
For example the address may be learn with NIKS. But in my case it shows not available. Hence I have to go for other than the title and chose blogging with NIKS as the address.
You can do one thing that in place of n i k s you can write your name that may be your nick name first name or last name or any other name which you like most. For example learn with George learn with Washington learn with bill or you may choose for blogging with George blogging with Washington blogging with bill etc.
Then click on next button.
Now the website asks you about your name which will be displayed to your readers.
Type your name which you want to display.
Then the last step is to click on finish.
Now you are ready for writing a post. Great, now start your blog today this is the time for action.
